Our Future

The BTCA Rescue Support Committee is in transition from a rescue support function to an active rescue/placement organization. Our goal is to establish a nationwide framework through which dogs in need of rescue can be found, identified, brought into the system, evaluated and placed into new homes.

This endeavor requires the cooperative efforts of many individuals in a variety of roles. These roles include: active rescue, fostering, evaluation/rehabilitation, transportation, potential home checks and fundraising. Potential homes and dogs available will be matched based on their evaluations. This will optimize their compatibility and ensure the dog a permanent home.
